RALLY TO-NIGHT.—Messrs. Conness and Egerton will address the citizens of Oroville to-night, in front of the Gem Saloon, on the issues of the day. They have been addressing the people in the towns north of this during the week, and have been received at all points with unbounded enthusiasm. The Democracy in all of the northern counties are thoroughly aroused, and will carry the election by overwhelming majorities in September. Let the phalanx of Democracy in Butte County now buckle on their armor, and march forward to victory, over treason and fanaticism.
