FROM PERU

Late accounts from Peru, state that some Colombian troops sailed from Guayaquil for Callao, on the 20th of March; 2000 more were to follow in a short time. Gen. Bolivar remained at Guayaquil, waiting advices from the Congress of Bogota, before he proceeded in person. Another detachment of Colombian troops was about to proceed from Quito against the Spaniards in Peru. From these movements, directed by the able Bolivar, there is reason to hope for a speedy termination of the anarchy that has long prevailed in that country.--N. Y. Ber. &c.
