As has been the case in the past, this year's homecoming celebration is being planned to be the greatest in the history of the school. In keeping with traditions long established, the Booker T. Washington Alumni will sponsor the homecoming football game and all of the accompanying festivities.
HOMECOMING PARADE TO CAPTURE SPOTLIGHT
The annual homecoming parade which will begin at 6 p.m. on that day is destined to capture the spotlight of the entire community. The alumni's majorettes - Misses Eunice Mann of the class of '53 and Rosalie Perkins of the class of '57, will lead the giant parade and bringing up the rear will be the alumni's beautiful float. Riding atop the float will be the alumni's homecoming queen and her two attendants.
This year's alumni homecoming queen is Rita Smith of the class of '56 and her attendants are Annie Grace Allen of the '56 class and Carol Paul of the class of '57.
But between alumni's majorettes and their float will come a long line of other attractions, including: the famous BTW Marching Band, under the direction of Bandmaster Timothy Savage, high stepping majorettes, various marching units, and floats of all descriptions representing practically all of the classes and organizations in the school.
TUSKEGEE INSTITUTE TORNADOES OPPONENTS

During the halftime intermission the fans are in for another spectacular show which will be put on by the band, the majorettes and all of the other marching units.
