Speaking of the writ of prohibition issued by Judge Baker denying Judge Rouse the privilege of trying the Walker case, the Florence Tribune says: It is not clear what effect the writ will have unless Judge Rouse should choose to obey it, which he is not bound to do. Judge Baker has no more authority to issue such a writ than either of the other Associate Justices, and Judge Rouse is not bound by it, unless he should choose to be. By some the issuing of this writ is looked upon as a reflection on Judge Rouse.
