ARREST OF THE SUPPOSED ACCOMPLICE OF PROBST.—Last evening a man, who gave the name of Lewis Kessler, was arrested in the neighborhood of Haddington, Twenty-fourth Ward, on suspicion of being an accomplice of the fiend Probst. Kessler was discovered prowling about the locality where arrested, and stated that he belonged in New Market street. He could not give a satisfactory account of himself and was taken to the Twenty-fourth Ward station-house. however, proved that he did not answer the description of Probst's mythical accomplice. It is believed the German is somewhat demented, and he was conveyed to prison until his friends call to take care of him.
