IN AUTO ACCIDENT
Three school teachers of Durant were severely shaken up and bruised Sunday afternoon at 5 o'clock when a car in which they were riding was forced off the road by an approaching car.
The car was said to have crowded the car off and the car of the teachers was forced to hit the side of a concrete bridge.
Miss Kathleen McIlwain was more seriously hurt of the three sustaining bruises and a bad cut over one eye.
Miss Annie Louise Griffin., driver of the car, received severe bruises as did Miss Pinson.
The teachers were returning from Sarkville and were about ten miles this side of Ackerman. when the accident occurred.
Considerable damage was done to the front end of the car.
