Indian Emigration.-We learn from the Wilmington (Geo.) Cabinet, that Col. Crowell, and a delegation of Creeks to be added to that already in Washington, passed through this State last week. The Creek Council has, it is said, authorized them to enter into a treaty, having for its basis their entire removal west of the Mississippi. It was rumored that reservations in fee simple would be required by several of the chiefs, &c. not with a view to their permanent occupancy by them, but to be hereafter disposed of to the best advantage. The Cherokees have also sent an addition to their delegation at Washington city.
