10-Cent Pay Boost
Won for Busmen

OIL CITY, Pa.—The Brotherhood recently won a 10-cent hourly pay increase for all bus operators on the Citizens Transit Co. property.

Under the agreement, the busmen, members of Lodge 105, also get the union shop and check-off of dues and insurance, and a welfare program embracing life, accident, health and hospitalization insurance—to be paid for by the company.

F. W. Stanley, chairman, and his committee were assisted by C. C. Life, field supervisor, in winning the pact.
