FISH TOWN.—The Committee on Public Property of the City Council have renewed the leases to the occupants of the several lots belonging to the city at the fish wharf, and those occupants are putting their houses in order for the commencement of business. Col. Stewart, the lessee of the wharf, would have commenced laying down the plank platforms there yesterday but for the inclement weather prevailing. Mr. Coleman, the proprietor of one of the booths there, will make extensive additions to that booth and fit it up for the accommodation of boarders. Mr. John Heath, of Washington, will also have a booth there during the coming season.
