Full Text

From a Correspondent.
This day about noon arrived in town one "going up and down in the earth," the celebrated Queen of Sheba--well known in the crazy world for her distraction and folly. Her head bore the Cap of Liberty, which was adorned with the tri-coloured, jacobin Cockade--a badge which at this day distinguishes those of her character from the sober and rational part of the community.-- We understand she is last from Buxton, where she has been engaged for some time in reviewing her troops and making arrangements for the approaching election of the Parson!
