NEW YORK—A 14-year-old white girl, dragged up a flight of stone steps following an evening recreation program at Junior High School 16 in the Corona section of Queens Borough and raped, testified in Queens Adolescent Court this week that she had promised intimacies to the 16-year-old boy who raped her. She also told the court that she and Jacob Bethea, 16, whom she had known as a former student at the school, had met earlier in the week of the attack at an evening's recreation program. She said she had escorted Bethea around the school and hugged and kissed him of her own free will. She said that Bethea grabbed her as she came out of the school on the latter evening and dragged her up the steps and raped her. He was with several other boys, and one of them, John Rich, 16, raped her after Bethea. Two of the other boys, Edward Jacobs, 17, and Henry Stokes, 16, also fondled her, she said.
