The Brooklyn School House Disaster.—Seven Boys Killed.—

New York, Jan. 20.—At the burning of the Public School in Brooklyn yesterday, seven boys were killed, two are reported dead, and two wounded and not expected to live. They were all about six or seven years of age, except one, who was ten. The names of the children killed are Henry Plass, son of Garwood Plass, Henry LeBlanc, John W. Green, H. C. Smith, whose parents reside at 331 Bridge street, Stephen Bloomfield of Gold street, a son of Phebe Fernald, a boy named Weeks of Oxford street, a child named Brower of Nassau street, and another named McKenzie, residing in Canton street and reported dead. Abijah Piersall of Canal street was taken out alive, but not expected to recover. A child, name unknown, had both legs broken.
