UTRECHT, December 31. The Court of London sent Dispatches, the 21st Instant, to M. de St. Paul, Chargé des Affaires at Paris, and to Lord Grantham at Madrid. These Ministers are occupied in settling Some Differences, but they are of too slight a Nature to alter the good Harmony subsisting between the three Courts. France demands the Restitution of some Ships seized in the West Indies, and at Newfoundland, last Summer, as Smugglers, which is said to be under Consideration of the English Admiralty. On the other Hand, similar Complaints have been made to the Court of Spain, on Account of its Subjects seizing some English Ships in the West Indies; which the King of Spain has promised, after Inquiry, to settle in the most equitable Manner.
