THE COURTS.—CIRCUIT COURT—Judge Melvin.—This court held a session on Saturday morning, at which some decrees were entered and other business transacted of a formal character, but of no general interest. Adjourned to meet to-day at 2 o'clock P. M.

MUNICIPAL COURT—Judge Cranmer. The Municipal Court met at 10 o'clock A. M. on Saturday, and disposed of the following business:

Henry Trimon vs. Nathaniel Richardson, deceased, in chancery; exceptions to the depositions overruled.

Bank of the Ohio Valley vs. Jonathan Lockwood and Geo. Edwards, judgment in favor of plaintiff.

Adjourned until this morning at 10 o'clock.

POLICE COURT—Judge Cochran. There was but one case before the police court Saturday morning, viz: John Smith (?) was committed for thirty days, for committing an indecent and immodest act. Only one case was up at the matinee. Tobias Higgins, a tramp, was sent up for thirty days.
