WIST BREAKS LEG WHEN LAUNDRY CAR OVERTURNS

Wm. Wist suffered a broken leg on Tuesday afternoon when the car of the Cody Laundry overturned near the river bridge.

He was on his way to the depot with a laundry delivery at the time of the accident and it is thought that a blowout in one of the tires caused the machine to turn over in the road.

The break was about midway between the knee and the ankle, both bones being completely broken. He was given attention immediately at Dr. Trueblood's office, and is now resting easily at the Chamberlin hotel where he makes his home.
