Full Text
So mad and so blind is party, that we should not be surprised if there should be found democrats who would rejoice in the new ally of Bonaparte, and the new enemy of England -- When Russia, with her 35 millions of brave and obstinate, loyal and invincible subjects, yields to the domination of France, and turns her arms against the only remaining free nation of Europe, one would expect that patriotism would mourn, when we read our own destiny in these events!! Alas! We mistake -- we kiss our chains, and bless the hand which forges them. -- Palladium.
