WOMEN FIGHT

Sylvanus Collins and Rachael Collins were arraigned before Justice Atmos this afternoon on the charge of assault and battery upon John and Dovie Jones. The families live in New England. The women got into an altercation and were making things interesting when their husbands appeared upon the scene. The men became engaged in the brawl and a lively time ensued.

Constable Lee Parker went up to New England this morning and arrested the parties. Collins was fined $7.20 and Mrs. Collins was fined $15.50 making twenty-three. Mrs. Collins gave peace bond for six months and then skipped.
