Full Text

Extract of a letter from Dublin, March 3.

"Such an universal calm and tranquillity has taken place in the political hemisphere, as gives us reason to expect that a coalition of interests has taken place, and that the grand national questions will be debated moderately, and with temper. The commercial treaty with France is daily expected to make its appearance here. We expect there will be but one opinion on the business--if the linens of Ireland are received into France the benefits are obvious."
