Full Text

CRAVEN COUNTY COURT.—The county court has been in session this week, but the last legislature having suspended its operations so far as causes of litigation or action for debt are concerned, it came very near escaping our attention.

We understand that the court has authorized Col. Clark to employ a drill master at a salary of three dollars a day for twelve months whose business it shall be to drill the various Militia companies of the county, which is the only thing they did, so far as we learned, in any way interesting to the public.
