Austin, Texas, April 5. The bucket shop people are much disturbed at the passage of the Watson bill in the senate, prohibiting the establishment of bucket shops and imposing a penalty for conducting one. But as this bill makes a distinction between bucket shops and commission houses, the sharpest people who run bucket shops think they may circumvent the law protectors and under the guise of commission house do a real bucket shop trade as handily as before without blackboards and the usual paraphernalia of bucket shop business.
