Vote of Virginia.
The Radical papers are at their old tricks, representing every breach of the peace that occurs in Virginia, as the result of the late "rebel triumph," as they affect to call the election of Mr. Walker. If a black man is shot while stealing hogs, it is a "rebel outrage." If two men get to quarreling at a roadside groggery, and one knocks another down, it is another "rebel outrage." If a man falls down in an apoplectic fit, it is a terrible "rebel outrage."--Alex. Gazette.
