Full Text

Boston, June 5.
Mr. Cotton, a senator from New-Hampshire, has been in town several days lately, and freely assured every person with whom he conversed on the subject, that it was his brother-in-law Madison's positive intention to follow up the Embargo with a Declaration of War with Great Britain. He added, that he was going on to Washington with speed, and should support such a declaration. We are confident that his purposes have not the approbation of his own constituents, and he will find it out before he is two years older.
