Miners Meeting at Scranton.

Scranton, Pa., Sept. 29. - A meeting of delegates representing the miners of the Lackawanna and Wyoming valleys, composed a large body of workmen, was held yesterday. The session lasted all day to consider the grave condition of affairs in the coal regions. Outsiders and representatives of the press were kept at a respectable distance. There were many eager inquiries on the streets as to the result of yesterday's meeting. The miners kept their own counsel and nobody seemed to know anything. The men are preparing for an immense demonstration to be held shortly.
