The French have made some change in the disposition of their armies.
Foreseeing with reason, by the motions of the combined troops on the banks of the Rhine and Moselle that the major part of these forces will attack at once Alsace and Lorraine, they have sent some of the troops from the camp entrenched at Maubeuge towards that part of the frontier; and the camp of Maulde, consisting of six battalions of National Guards, and five squadrons of cavalry, under the command of M. Dumourier have set off in haste to reinforce General La Fayette's army.
