By the Northern Post, we have the following Advices.

Madrid, June 21.

ORDERS have been sent into the several Maritime Provinces of this Kingdom for Troops to canton along the Coasts; and for a Detachment that is encamped in Biscay to erect Redoubts and Stakes in the Places on that Coast, which lie the most exposed. People here flatter themselves, that the King of France will send a Squadron of 15 Men of War to Cadiz, in Case the Differences between this Court and that of Great Britain, should not be determined by an Accommodation.
