Sunday November 2nd was a very great day with the Liberty Baptist Church under the pastoral charge of Rev. J. W. Crockett. Several persons were baptized and many were added to the church by experience. Rev. Crockett is also pastor of the Switchback Baptist Church and is well liked by both congregations. A very large crowd witnessed the services. Rev. Crockett is very strong and upright man in the community and is one of the real few men who believes in putting a foot down on sin and corruption by anyone, but especially by the members of the race.
