JACKSON, Miss., Dec. 8 (Spl)—The following decisions were handed down by the supreme court today:

Joe F. Wigley vs. Mrs. Mollie Bain, circuit Attala; affirmed.
Paul Hubbard vs. Southern Railway Co., circuit Tishomingo; affirmed.
Hines Higgins vs. state, circuit Simpson; affirmed.
Board of Supervisors vs. George Gully, chancery Harrison; motion to advance overruled.
