BOSTON MEN ASSIGN.

Had Sufficient Assets But Couldn't Realize on Them.

Springfield, Mass., March 11.-Charles D. Monroe of this city, formerly of South Bridge, and Frederick W. Eaton of South Bridge and Boston, have made a voluntary assignment to L. E. Moore of Newton, with President Chapin of Pynchon National bank as signee.

The indebtedness of both parties is covered by real estate in Denver, Philadelphia and South Bridge, the value of which is more than enough to meet all of the obligations, but cannot be realized upon at the present time.

Mr. Monroe's liabilities amount to $100,000 and Mr. Eaton's to about $50,000.
