CLINIC EQUIPMENT

Nelson P. Moyer, Civil Defense Director for the Greater Homer Civil Defense Area has received word this week that many items of equipment for the Clinic to be built in Homer may be procured through the Civil Defense Office.

These items include an X-ray machine, sterilizer, bandages, beds and other items that will be available from time to time for distribution.

The only cost to the community will be transportation.

The local Civil Defense organization is working on the possibility of obtaining an ambulance for the community without cost to the community except for maintenance and housing.
