Full Text

On Friday last the Town-Meeting of this town convened, agreeable to their adjournment, to hear the report of their Committee appointed to draft instructions to our Representatives for the calling of a Convention and repealing of the Tender and Limitation Acts--the report accordingly was read, and unanimously received. The public will have a just estimate of the principles of the Antifederalists in this State, by recurring to the principles of our domestic government for two years past--the opposers of the New Constitution being uniform supporters of an iniquitous tender of a depreciated paper money at par.
