The reports from the territory Hon. Frank J. Looney has covered during the week are indicative of his success. Mr. Looney, as a candidate for Congress, has met hundreds of voters who have been well and favorably impressed. He has presented clearly and convincingly the main issues of the campaign.
Should Mr. Looney be honored with a seat in Congress he will have an opportunity of displaying his ability to the best advantage. With Mr. Looney in Congress the people will have an able representative in fact as well as in name. He should receive a large vote in Shreveport. Indeed, Caddo Parish should honor him with a large majority.
