BAINBRIDGE, March 31.-Better
cows are making a good impression
in Decatur county where they have
ousted the scrub cow, according to
those who are getting substantial
checks for their butter fat, most of
which is being shipped to the Ash-
burn creamery.
Eggs are being shipped to the
Thomasville hatchery and brooders
are being improvised from old boxes.
Some farmers who have pure bred
hogs, are reporting pigs that they
will enter in April when the pig
clubs open for comparisons and sales.
The idea is taking in this county
and it is believed that before very
long the cow, the pig and chicken in-
dustry will be the largest industry
here, along with the diversified farm-
ing project.
