FROM GUADALOUPE.

Capt. Oxnard arrived here on Saturday from Guadaloupe, which place he left on the 2d ult. and informs, that no accounts of Bonaparte's Decree had reached that place when he left—that there were but very few privateers out, or fitting out—they expected no immediate attack from the English, and that they were putting themselves in the best possible position for defense. Business was at a stand.

Capt. O. thinks that if the British make their attack soon, with any considerable force, they will conquer the Island.
