Maine Senators.—The Executive Council of Maine met at Portland last week. On counting the votes for Senators, it appears, that in York county, Messrs. M'Donald and Bennett, are elected—and there is one vacancy. The next highest candidates are Messrs. Seaver and Rice. In Cumberland county, Messrs. Peirce and Bradley are elected—and there is also one vacancy—highest candidates, Messrs. Mitchell and Buxton. In Lincoln, Messrs. Green, Rose, Tallman and Wheeler are elected. In Hancock, Messrs. Poor and Witham. In Washington, Mr. O'Brien. In Kennebec, Messrs. Bond, Burnham and Morrill. In Oxford, Messrs. Holland and Ripley. In Somerset and Penobscot counties there is no choice.
