PERMITS FOR THE FAIR PIKE.
The "Tyrolean Alps," "Old St. Louis," "Galveston Flood," "Jerusalem" and "Streets of Cairo" to Be Erected.

St. Louis, Aug. 29.-A permit was issued yesterday by Director of Works Taylor for the construction of the "Tyrolean Alps" on the Pike. Permits have so far been issued for the erection of four other concessions on the Pike-"Old St. Louis," "Galveston Flood," "Jerusalem" and "Streets of Cairo." Thirteen buildings are now being erected on the plateau of states-the buildings of Arkansas, Arizona, Connecticut, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, West Virginia and the pavilion of the Travelers Protective association.
