Mrs. Carree Oliver Bailey, of Athens Highway Industrial School Campus, Gainesville, Ga. has recently completed the Hair-Weev course at the home office Training School of Hair Weev, Inc., in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mrs. Bailey has learned the new technique of Weaving non-growing human hair to the growing hair on the head, and is now a licensed and authorized Hair-Weev Technician.
