Burglary.—The store of the Messrs. Tudors, of Hartford, was broken open on the night of the 20th ult. and robbed of money and goods to the amount of one or two hundred dollars. The fellow who committed the crime, by the indefatigable exertions of one of the firm, in company with Sheriff Wilcox, was traced to Providence, some of the goods found in his haunts, but he eluded the most vigilant search for several days. He was at length traced to New-Bedford, arrested, brought back to Hartford, and is now in jail. The name of the fellow is Lewis Stanton, a negro, said to be notorious for his villainy. He will probably obtain a snug birth at Wethersfield.
