SMALL POX. The Board of Health have reported that no case of small pox is now known to exist within the city. The whole number of cases which have occurred is eight; of which three died, and five have been cured. The Board conclude their final report, by stating that 'the measures adopted by the public authorities, with the cordial co-operation of the citizens, for guarding against the further extension of the infection, by vaccination, relieve us from the apprehension of the recurrence of that loathsome disease; and the Board feel a confident hope that they will not find it necessary to make any further report to their fellow citizens on the subject.'
