To the Board of Health.
If you wish to stop the spread of
fever why not stop nurses from visiting houses where they have no fever,
and require them to wear linen suits
and badges: also require doctors to
do the same? it looks like they can
spread the fever more than any one
else. New Orleans requires doctors
and nurses to do this; why not Memphis? Try this.
