Mrs. Thomas very beautifully sang "Sweet Hour of Prayer" and "Come Ye Disconsolate."

Myron Barnett and Robert Carlyle Anderson were the acolytes.

The high esteem in which the memory of Mrs. Grantham was held in the hearts of Twin Citians was attested to by the numerous large and beautiful florals banked around the nile green casket and in two rooms at the Brooks Funeral Home Chapel where the body lay in state for twenty hours.

For the funeral service the church was packed to over capacity with relatives, friends and fellow employees of the deceased at the State Capitol where she was a part time employee in the Secretary of State Office. Mrs. Mike Hlom, Secretary of State, attended the services along with a group from her office.

Burial was in Oakland cemetery.
