BOSTON, September 18.

From DUBLIN, June 12.

"Great efforts are making to suppress the French principles of Liberty and Equality; and the business is nearly effected. There are thirty-eight thousand militia raising to quell any propagation of those principles. The regular regiments are also recruiting—each troop of Light-Horse, is to consist of 76 privates, 4 sergeants, and 6 corporals, each troop. Bad proceedings are made against the country people, as they oppose the raising of the militia—the army is in continual motion to quell them and the jails are full of prisoners."
