TROUT FARM STARTS

The first unit of the Crystal Springs Trout Company, a Skull Valley organization, has been completed—the digging of the ditch and the laying of the 3600-foot pipe line from the springs to the lands. The building of the hatchery is going ahead, and excavating for a system of pools in which to breed fish will soon begin.

Each pool—forty in number—will be 20x30 feet, with a depth of five feet. The spawn will be furnished from Denver. The first consignment of 200 kegs is due prior to January 1.
