In high ranking of Tennessee old leaders among the national leaders of the race was further emphasized last Sunday morning with announcement that President W. J. Hale, head of A and I State college of Nashville, Tennessee, will be the guest speaker on the national hook-up of the N.A.A.C.P. President Hale will speak from Washington D. C. next Sunday morning.
