WILL TRY BUGGY CO. HEADS

President Frank H. Lay and M. H. Lane Are Next for Prosecution.

Kalamazoo, Mich., Sept. 8.-Prosecuting Attorney Frank F. Ford announces that the rest of those indicted by the grand jury would be brought to trial at the present term of the circuit court.

Those remaining to be tried are President Frank H. Lay of the Michigan Buggy company and M. H. Lane, a former president of the company. There are indictments still standing against Victor L. Palmer, but he is still serving a sentence in Fort Leavenworth as the result of breaking the postal laws.

All of the indictments grew out of the failure of the Michigan Buggy company three years ago.
