Populist Way of Voting.

A feature entirely new to political organizations will be introduced in the Populist convention here next Thursday. No names will be placed before the convention to be balloted for. The delegates may vote for whomsoever they please, and the man receiving the largest number of votes will be declared the nominee of the convention. This will make a second ballot unnecessary.

The Populists are preparing for a big day. It will remind one of the days before the steam horse. The delegates will begin to arrive on the 23d in wagons and horseback, and will go into camp in some convenient place.
