Tokio, Japan, Oct. 20.--The reception by the city of Tokio to the Atlantic fleet, now guests here, excels anything heretofore undertaken by any of the countries visited. The mikado today received Admirals Sperry, Emery, Shroeder and Ambassador O'Brien, and tomorrow will have them as his guests at dinner. All of the officers of the fleet are included in the dining. The sailors are having the time of their lives, as the entertainment program is the most elaborate ever experienced.
