We have copied at large the reports of
Messrs. Commissioners Rodney and Graham, on the subject of the affairs of South
America, of which they afford a just historical
and political view. Accompanying
these reports, as will be seen by the list of
papers appended to them, were a number
of documents, some of which have served
as the basis in part of the reports, and others
tend to illustrate them. The substance of
those papers being embodied in the reports,
it is not thought necessary to publish them
at present, being too voluminous for our columns,
if not too much so to be generally
read.
