GAINS MEMORIAL LETTERS

SEWARD, March 6, (P)—The Seward Chamber of Commerce recently received three letters written in the original handwriting of William H. Seward, which are now being framed for preservation and exhibition in the Seward Memorial Building when it is erected. The letters were presented to the chamber by Frederick W. Carter, of Troy, New York, a nephew of William J. Young, to whom the letters were written. One letter was dated 1853, another 1855, and the third, 1861. Subscribe for the Daily Bulletin
