2. Mrs. Roosevelt is accompanied to her car by wives of local officials and members of local Democratic organizations. She carried a bouquet of yellow chrysanthemums which she received as she disembarked from her plane.
3. Mrs. Robert L. Warren (right), 50 Dana-av, a member of the Franklin County Democratic Women's Club and a West Sider, meets Mrs. Roosevelt before she departed for her hotel. "It was a wonderful experience," said Mrs. Warren.
4. Mrs. Roosevelt talks with Mrs. Frank Lausche and other members of the welcoming committee. Mayor Sensenbrenner is at right. Sensenbrenner and Gov. Lausche welcomed the former first lady on her arrival in Columbus.
5. Another flower--this one a white orchid is presented by a youthful admirer. Mrs. Roosevelt spoke at the UN Birthday celebration on "How the UN Works for You." In the background are other members of the welcoming committee.
