HARTFORD, DEC. 2.
The following resolve passed in Town Meeting in Cheshire, by a unanimous vote.
Resolved, That our Representatives to the General Assembly, to be holden at Hartford in May next, be and they are hereby instructed to use their influence to procure a recommendation to the people of this State, to choose delegates to form a Constitution of Civil Government, to be submitted to the people for their consideration and adoption—And the Town Clerk is directed to furnish to each of them a copy of this Resolve.
